Adress processing

You supply the adresses ... but

You will supply the adresses to be used by us - on discette, CD, tape, per e-mail. Which format nearly doesn't matter for us: DBF (dBase), XLS (Microsoft Excel), CSV (comma separated values), XML, fixed length - all that we are able to convert to our internal format.

Depending on the purpose we can optimize your adresses for minimal porto costs, remove double adresses, on request we can control the correctness of your adresses. If yu like we select or group your data according to criteria determined by you.

Of course your data is secure at our office. You define the period of time after which we delete your data from our server and what we have to do with your CD/disks you sent us.
