Our quality managemant has the following scopes:
- Protection of your data
- Quality of every single piece
- Completeness of an order assuring the quality of the whole order
For this purpuse we control the incoming material, the running production process as well as the outgoing goods.
Protection of data
In our office your data is double secured: By physical access control and by user related software access control integrated in our computer system.
Production quality
We assure production quality by permanently supervising the production process and by spot checks out of the readily produced goods.
Completeness
We control production completeness on each stage of production:
- Entry control with visual controls of incoming goods, counting and weighing
- Supervising the running production with control forms and whenever possible using reconstruction numbers
- Control of the readily produces goods before leaving our house (exit control)
Of course you determine which measures of quality control we use and to which extent we use them.
