Printing and shipment of invoices

A medium-sized handicraft business has calculated the costs of printing an shipping invoices by employees in-house. They compared these costs to the costs using SYNTAX lettershop.

Now we produce the invoces on a weekly basis.

• Acceptance and quality control of invoice data
• Compilation of the invoice documents as pdf files
• Customer approves printing by mail
• Printing of invoices (laser print)
• Folding, enveloping, stamping, despatching to Deutsche Post AG
• At the customer a qualified electronic signature is attached to the pdf file and the file together with the signature is archived.
